• All booking requests will be confirmed at a 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
• We will be providing full refund on any cancellations received more than 2 days prior to the arrival date.
• If informed within 2 days of the standard check-in date, the entire amount shall be adjusted against the cancellation fee.
• No date modifications (changes to dates or reduction of stay duration) are allowed within this 2 day window before the check-in date and the same will be treated as cancellations.
• In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.

 

For Arrivals from 20th December 2025 till 31st December 2025:

• We require a 100% advance payment at the time of reservation to confirm your booking.
• Cancellation requests received more than 7 days before your check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
•Cancellation requests received within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund and the entire advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. Bookings created within this 7-day period are also non-refundable. Additionally, no date modifications (changes to dates or reduction of stay duration) are allowed within this 7-day window and will be treated as cancellations.
•In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.
